Jeri Phillips, Director - Training & Development Solutions, comes to this role with several years of experience in workforce development and marketing. Her connections with employers in the region make her a valuable asset and her experience with project management makes her an effective leader. Jeri has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Missouri Southern State University.
Tom Franklin, Associate Director - Tom brings thirty years of experience in sales, project management, and consulting to our team. His duties include logistics, scheduling, business development, and marketing. Tom has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University.
Michelle Nichols - Compliance / Office Manager, came to Training & Development Solutions several years ago, after working as an Accounting Clerk for the City of Joplin, MO. She has also worked as a Merchandise Customer Service Assistant for Sears and as a Cashier/Customer Service person at another retailer. Her background in Accounting and Customer Service oriented positions brings a well rounded array of experience and skills to her position as Compliance/Office Manager.
Chris Haper- OSHA/Safety Performance Consultant, Chris joined the TDS team in 2016 and comes to Crowder with several years of safety and manufacturing experience. He began his safety career at Schreiber Foods and worked for several years there. Chris looks forward to providing innovative training in HAZWOPER plus additional training on a variety of OSHA and other safety topics.
Tresa Wilkins - Performance Consultant / Human Performance Skills, has a unique academic background and career experience in education. Much of her work with Training & Development Solutions has centered on the areas of assembly and modern manufacturing practices. Wilkins was instrumental in a local company's start-up, training new employees in assembly and helping them to develop positive work habits. More recently working on a project to reduce turnover rates for new hires at an area company, these rates were slashed from 85% to less than 10%. She holds certification in public school secondary education, Zenger-Miller, True Colors, and Vital Learning training systems as well as ACT WorkKeys job profiling. Wilkins enjoys facilitating in the soft skills areas of Team Building, Problem Solving and Principles of Working and specializes in developing work skills training programs. She is the lead trainer for The T & D Solutions' Basic (and Advanced) Supervisory Academy. Tresa is also a member of the Missouri Association of Customized Training.
